What I Do

Knowing who you are dealing with is vital in business and so an initial meeting is essential. There is no charge for this and it will give you the opportunity to assess me as well as giving me a chance to get a feel for your business.

It may be that you have a clear idea of what you want me to do for you; you may wish to discuss something specific that you have already decided is a priority for you. If I feel that my expertise can deliver we can discuss the detail and agree a way forward.

If you want an analysis of your company with my recommendations based on a full assessment,  I come back at an agreed time to explore your business in more detail and from that I produce a detailed and confidential report. We discuss my findings and recommendations at a follow up meeting.

There is a nominal fee for the investigation and the report which is payable whether or not you choose to progress any of the recommendations.

Where recommendations are made in areas that I can implement, details of supplementary fees will be provided.

I have a reputation for being professional and direct. I term it ‘speaking the Client’s language.’ Crucially, I do not try to baffle with science or lose sight of what matters by getting bogged down in jargon. I am inclined to cut to the chase although when implementing agreed strategies, I do have a meticulous eye for detail.
